Today my guest blogger, Jenni, is going to discuss the three levels of self-awareness and the power of self-awareness to your life and success.
Self-awareness is the ability to see the patterns and motivations that exist in your own personal life. It’s something we all have, so being able to recognize and understand the patterns we see around us helps us to be more aware. But being able to recognize and understand patterns that you’ve seen before can be difficult, and that’s why so many people have trouble with it.
This is something that many people struggle with. I was trying to get through one of my classes on self-awareness, and I couldn’t. But then after talking about the four levels, I realized that self-awareness (as it relates to work) is really just about your ability to see the patterns and motivations in your daily life. To put it simply, you will have to come to terms with the patterns you see around you, and then you can take steps to change those patterns.
The concept of the self-awareness level is a really cool one and one that’s going to be useful for many of us, but we’re going to have to be ready to tackle it with the same level of awareness that we bring to our work. What we have to do is to learn to notice the patterns that are working in our lives. As we all know, the patterns that most of us struggle with are ones that we see around us on a daily basis.
The good news about this is that we can all use some self-awareness and be on the same page about what patterns we have going on. In fact, it is almost impossible not to be aware of your own patterns. For example, I have a pattern of not getting any sleep and therefore a pattern of not taking a nap. I also have a pattern of taking a nap every day.
I’ve been working on getting better at noticing my patterns. I’m trying to create patterns more than just random moments. I’m trying to create patterns that I can see and follow through on. I have a pattern of not being interested in writing about my day. I also have a pattern of not being interested in writing about my day.
It’s very important to note that I don’t always have the rules. It’s very easy to say, “I don’t care if you do it or don’t.” And if you’re going to do that, you have to know how it works.
So, for instance, I can write about my day and say, I only read newspaper on Tuesdays, that I only like to write about things that have meaning to me, etc. However, there is another pattern of writing about my day and saying, I dont even care about this day and I only care about this pattern.
The main reason why I can write about my day is that I have the most awesome time in the world and I just can’t get enough of it. I know that it sounds crazy, but it really does make me feel good about myself when I write about my day. I feel bad about it when I write about my day because I can’t write about my day that way. But I can write about my day because I can’t get enough of it.
So if I were to write about my day, I would probably start with my day itself. I spend most of my day outside of the house. I am a very outdoorsy person. I love to hike and spend time in the woods. I love to play sports and even though I have a hard time finding great places to play them, I try to get out there as much as I can. I love to cook and I have an awesome kitchen remodel project that I am working on.
