I think the best restaurant I’ve visited in New Mexico is the Casita de Montereyierra, which is a great place to chill out and have a good time.

The restaurant is located along the main road of the Morongo Indian Reservation and is open daily, although some of the other restaurants on this list are often closed. The Casita de Montereyierra, however, is open daily from 6 a.m. until 9 p.m.
